A multi-artist live entertainment experience with four confirmed performers. The final lineup is selected for your engagement; no fixed cast is promised in advance.

ONE COORDINATED PRODUCTION

HKNY works with the venue and performers to establish the agreed run of show, production responsibilities, technical requirements, and promotional needs.

A SHOW BUILT AROUND YOUR EVENT

A one-night takeover, a featured nightlife attraction, or a private-event showcase. We discuss the appropriate format, duration, travel, and budget for the room.

HOW TO BOOK

01 — TELL US ABOUT YOUR VENUE

Complete the HKNY booking form with your venue or organization, city, contact details, and any website or social links.

02 — CHOOSE NEW YORK TAKEOVER

Select New York Takeover as the production of interest. The correct format is the four-performer Takeover. Share your preferred dates and any alternatives.

03 — WE CONFIRM THE POSSIBILITIES

HKNY reviews artist availability, potential lineup, travel, venue capacity, production needs, and the proposed event format.

04 — RECEIVE A PROPOSAL

We outline the proposed entertainment package, performer commitments, fee, responsibilities, payment schedule, and applicable cancellation or rescheduling terms.

05 — AGREEMENT, PAYMENT & SHOWTIME

A booking is confirmed only under the agreed written terms. Any required Stripe invoice or deposit link is provided after the scope and date have been approved.

WHERE CAN NYT TRAVEL?

New York Takeover is NYC-based and may be proposed for venues throughout the New York metropolitan area and beyond. Performers, transportation, accommodation, and other logistics are assessed separately for each destination.
